My role on this site was with design/user flows of cart, checkout, login and password recovery and social integration for 3 brands (Guitar Center, Music and Arts, Woodwind and Brasswind). I also redesigned the internal web site for Guitar Center. I completed user flow and visuals for internal promotional wizard used for thousands of promotions per year. Integrated several upgrades to product detail pages still in development (Add to Cart area, Question and Answer areas and user flows, etc.) The new cart design for Guitar Center has a +7.7% improvement for "cart conversion" compared to previous year.
